Strahan Construction is committed to building homes
of excellent quality and superb design. Founded in 1986 by Reid
and Cindy Strahan, they specialize in building custom homes to serve
the wishes and needs of their clients. The company's homes feature
dramatic styling, good taste, and architectural detail. Strahan
Construction has built a reputation for honesty and satisfied customers.
Reid and Cindy live in their own development because of this commitment
to client relationships.
Strahan Construction has introduced a unique concept
in their developments, with no two homes exactly alike yet maintaining
continuity of style and quality. Camden Woods homes have a European
flavor, blending influences of old English and French country architecture.
Combinations of stucco, stone, and brick give these homes character
and charm. The look is stately and impressive. Nothing says more
about the way Strahan Construction builds than the homes themselves.

Strahan Construction has an experienced design team
that meets with each client to develop custom home plans. They have
an organized building process that make building a new home an enjoyable
experience. Strahan Clients are given a decision list along with
contact names to call for appointments. Formal builder-client meetings
are scheduled during construction, and constant communication ensures
customer satisfaction.
Reid and Cindy make this their number one goal: to
have good relationships with their clients, before, during and after
the sale. Our aggressive customer service program help us achieve
that goal. We schedule customer service appointments after clients
have been in their home 30 days and again at the one year anniversary.
Many customers have built 2 or more home with Strahan Construction
because of the trust and confidence developed from their first Strahan
home.
While many Strahan homes are built in their own developments,
Strahan Construction builds homes all over the greater Des Moines
area and beyond.
